FlashFomo works with influencers, music artists, gamers & celebrities to create personally branded products that they can market to their social audience. We manage the end to end process of product design, manufacture and delivery via personalised online shop fronts. FlashFomo is recognised by YouTube as an Official Merch Partner.

Following its launch in March 2019, FlashFomo has rapidly set about building relationships with social influencers who are interested in creating their own personalised products.

FlashFomo has signed some of the largest social talent globally including Family Fun Pack (USA), Bie The Ska (Thailand), JaMill (Philippines), Allblanc TV (Korea) and Darpan Shah (India) grown our network of quality local manufacturers and built a marketplace connecting the two.

FlashFomo is run by married Mum and Dad duo Dave and Jasmine Nicholls and sibling Phoebe Lee. This fierce family combo are taking on the globe with their social ecommerce platform.

David has a wealth of knowledge working within Global markets, building businesses and driving revenue solutions for social influencers.

David was instrumental in launching and driving revenue for social video company Brave Bison. Firstly, as Senior Director Brand Solutions and later as General Manager at APAC, amassing millions of dollars in revenue for influencers. Prior to founding FlashFomo, David was the CEO at WebTVAsia Australia, an Asian based multi-channel network representing more than 3,000 social media influencers. As well as carrying out his duties in Australia, he played a pivotal role in educating the 11 regional offices within Asia and speaking at industry events.

Since Founding FlashFomo David has formed partnerships with leading Social Platforms, Talent Agents, Music Labels, Gamers & Social Celebrities enabling the growth of their personal brand with a no risk business model.

Jasmine is responsible for the integration of technologies to enable influencers to provide the best shoppable experience to their fans including Live stream selling product upgrades. Jasmine is key to connecting influencers products to their fan in particular the custom branding and retail schedules she prepares for our stable of influencers.

Jasmine has worked for three global media and advertising companies: IPG Media brands, WPP and Dentsu Aegis in Melbourne and Singapore since 2010. Her direct experience is in a variety of stakeholder and client relations roles working with some of the world’s leading brands including Unilever, Nike, HSBC, L’Oreal and BMW.

Her areas of expertise are Digital Advertising, Social Media, Branded Activations and Branded Content.

As Head of Global Operations Phoebe provides a local outlook on Global markets allows her to solve technical problems relative to the country/region to create efficiencies for our partner manufacturers, on trend designers & delivery networks.

Phoebe has experience working with a leading lifestyle brand and design company with offices in the UK, US, Hong Kong and Australia. Her direct role has been providing unique, on-trend product ranges to clients. These include licensed brands (Ted baker, V&A, Folklore) as well as in-house ranges.

She is also a qualified makeup artist with a keen eye for staying ahead of what’s new and trending.


William Bao Bean is a General Partner at SOSV and the Managing Director of Chinaccelerator, China’s first startup accelerator based in Shanghai.

A prominent practitioner, innovator and thought leader on tech investing in Asia. In addition to his work at SOSV, William is an active angel investor with 39 investments between 2004 and 2014. Prior to joining SOSV, William was the Managing Director at SingTel Innov8. Previously, William was a Partner at Softbank China & India Holdings, an early stage venture capital firm backed by Softbank of Japan and Cisco.

In 2006 he was ranked #3 All-Asia analyst for Technology/Software and IT Services by Institutional Investor Magazine Asia. In 2005, he was ranked #1 stock picker in Technology, Media and Telecom, and #3 overall for Hong Kong/China by Forbes/SCMP/Starmine.

He currently sits on the boards of advisors/directors for a number of companies including GMobi, Silk Road Telecom, Massive Impact, Socbay, iTalki, kineticOne as well as organizations including Angelvest (天使谷), the largest and most active angel investing group in China, AAMA Shanghai and the Techyizu, Beijing Hive, Digital Matters and AdTech: China events.


Stuart is a multifaceted Marketer with over 12 years of professional experience working with the largest and most prestigious Global Brands at P&G & Diageo. Squeezed in between helping SK-II achieve $1Bin sales via multiple record-breaking initiatives and leading emerging markets innovation by disrupting the world's largest alcohol brands at Diageo, Stuart was a pioneer in Motif, an e-commerce start-up specializing in jewelry collections by popular fashion influencers on YouTube/Instagram.

Stuart is an Advisory Board member at FlashFomo with a focus on e-com strategies, brand association and revenue generation.
