Your refund is processed once the goods are received at our warehouse. Please allow between 7-10 business days for your item to be returned to us by standard post and your refund to be processed. You will receive an email from our customer service department notifying when your refund has been processed. Shipping times for returns sent via standard post can vary, so please allow at least 7 days for us to receive your goods before contacting us. It is best to always keep the tracking number of the parcel you sent as a record for us to track it.

All returns will be your responsibility until they reach us. Unfortunately, we can’t be liable for damaged goods in transit. Returns must arrive in the original condition as they were purchased. We recommend that you place your returned item in a secure/padded shipping satchel.
